I may be slightly biased because i went to high school with Kelly Gneiting. But I found this book very interesting. I read it very quickly. I learned a lot about the art of Sumo. I admire the author who gleefully and unashamedly walks to the beat of his own drum. i don't want to offer up any spoilers……Check it out. (very little is mentioned about religion)Product details

Just ran a marathon 2 days ago and can't even imagine doing it being heavier. Wow, Kelly sure motivates you with his writing. Hope he keeps doing it.
